  • How do I book an appointment?
    Booking an appointment is easy! Simply click “Book Now” on my website, and you’ll be redirected to Salon Disegno’s booking platform. Once there, scroll down to the Staff section, find my name (Kaitlyn), and select the service that best suits your needs. From there, you can choose a date and time that works for you. If you have trouble booking online or experience any technical issues, don’t worry! You can also: 📞 Call Salon Disegno in Dacula at 770-962-3020 to book directly. 💌 Reach out to me on social media—I’m happy to assist! 📝 Fill out the contact form on my website, and I’ll personally help you schedule your appointment.   • What are your hours?
    I’m available for appointments Wednesday through Saturday. Wednesday – 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM Thursday – 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM Friday – 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM Saturday – 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • What's your pricing?
    You can find starting prices listed on the Salon Disegno Booking Page. For a more accurate quote based on your specific hair goals, feel free to send me a message or email—I’m happy to chat and help figure out what’s best for you!
  • Where are you located?
    I work at Salon Disegno in Dacula. Salon Disegno 802 Dacula Road, Suite 105 Dacula, GA 30019
  • Do you accept walk-ins or appointment only?
    Walk-ins are welcome, but availability is not guaranteed as my schedule fills up quickly. It’s recommended to book in advance to secure your spot.
  • What is your Cancellation and No-Show policy?
    I kindly ask that you give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. After three no-shows, I’ll require a 50% deposit for all future appointments to secure your spot. Thank you for your understanding and for helping me keep things running smoothly!
  • What if I'm running late?
    I understand that things happen! There’s a 15-minute grace period, but please note that if you’re running late, your appointment may be shortened to stay on schedule for others. I appreciate your understanding and will do my best to accommodate you!
  • Do you offer consultations?
    Yes, I offer complimentary 15-minute consultations! If you’re considering a big change, like a color transformation, I highly recommend scheduling a consultation first to discuss your vision and ensure we’re on the same page before booking your appointment.
  • What should I do if I'm not happy with my hair?
    If you’re not completely happy with your hair, please let me know within 7 days of your appointment, and I’ll be happy to make it right by offering a complimentary redo. Your satisfaction is my priority!
  • How often should I book a haircut or color refresh?
    For haircuts, I recommend booking every 12-16 weeks. For a root touch-up, it’s best to come in every 4-6 weeks. Highlights should be refreshed every 6-8 weeks, while balayage can be done at your discretion, as it’s a low-maintenance, lived-in technique that grows out beautifully.
